The process of corrosion, where materials that come into contact, react with each other and form a new surface, is compared to the cultural exchange which takes place in peer-to-peer networks, where "cultural materials" come into contact and influence each other. "Corrosion" works with footage taken from these networks, representing a fragmented view into the world of file-sharing and of the cultural interests of file-sharers.
