The introduction is provided by Gregorian choir music - sometimes broken up and transformed into industrial sounds, curious titles with obscure meanings, strange images, and a narrator's voice which sounds like Bela Lugosi. Then, under their hypnotic influence, information is imparted to the unsuspecting viewer. This recipe was brewed by the self-proclaimed master of plagiarism: a borrowed mixture of fascinating and stimulating elements is put together as if to achieve an obscure goal. A strange thing then occurs: sitting comfortably with wide open eyes, the viewer is confronted with stories about the fatal effects of strong light sources on the unprotected eye. Whilst listening to information about the blindness and madness caused by the black sun, the viewer nevertheless continues to stare at the screen.
